The organization was founded in 1985 and has been providing individuals and public safety personnel with professional assistance in preparing for entry-level positions and promotional exams. Bernstein & Associates offers a variety of programs to prepare individuals and officers for public safety positions. The primary programs include entry level and promotional exam training to individuals and groups. The types of tests covered include written tests, video tests, oral interviews, and assessment centers. Training Programs are conducted throughout the country as well as at our home office. All training and tutoring is customized to fit the needs of the client. We also conduct on-site Training Programs at the client's location.
